Office Hours Allergy injections are given continuously daily (Monday through Friday) 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The office opens at 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily (Monday through Friday) for appointments and office visits.
Exception: Each Wednesday the office is closed from 11:30 - 1:00 PM Scheduled Office Holidays The actual days the office is closed may vary. Patients are informed in ample time prior to office closing to adjust their scheduled visits. General Holidays: New Year’s Day Good Friday (Friday before Easter) Memorial Day July 4 Labor Day Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday Christmas Eve and Christmas Day We will discuss all procedures, fees and financial arrangements prior to treatment at your request. Your insurance co-payment amount will be paid with proof of acceptable/current medical insurance coverage provided and on file. Full payment for services is to be made the day services are rendered, unless prior arrangement has been made. Please do not hesitate to ask questions regarding fees, charges and/or treatment. An outside firm, Austin Medi-Byte, handles all insurance filing and patient billing. However, you may make payments in the office at anytime or mail payments as directed by billing statement. Co-payment amount payable at each office visit/ with a copy of your current medical insurance provider card on file. • Patient is financially responsible for the any balance following insurance payment. • Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express credit cards accepted. • Personal checks with proper identification accepted. Patients may also pay the full amount of services if insurance is unavailable and prearranged prior to office visit.
